Hereby a reminder of our online-colloquium on the 31st of May 2024, DV, from 10:00-12:00.
* Prof. Erik de Boer will open up the archives in Jakarta to us, showing how this relates to the history of the VOC at the Cape of Good Hope.
* Thereafter, rev. Gerben Meijer will share some of the research that he is doing for his PhD-studies.

* Prof. Erik de Boer gaan die argiewe in Jakarta vir ons ontsluit, en wys hoe dit verband hou met die geskiedenis van die VOC aan die Kaap van Goeie Hoop.
* Daarna sal Gerben Meijer ‘n deel van die navorsing wat hy vir sy PhD-studies doen, met ons deel.
